| Middletown Pharmacy & Medical Equipment is located at 877 Main St. in Belford, NJ 07718 (Phone: 732-471-9100; Fax: 732-471-9120). It was founded in 2008 by Dean Graziano RPh and Fanny Musto. Dean has been a registered pharmacist since 1990. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2004 and was the pharmacist in charge at Pathmark Pharmacy Middletown from 1996 – 2000.
The Middletown community may remember Dean and Fanny from their days at the Middletown Pathmark, and how they served their customers and area with care and understanding.
